ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
Returns are accepted ONLY in the following cases:

✓ Product has manufacturing defects

1. Original tags must be attached and intact
2. Product must be unworn and unused
3. Product must be in original packaging
4. Photo proof of damage/defect must be provided
5. Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery
RETURN PROCESS
If you receive a damaged or defective product:

- The damaged/defective area
- Product with tags attached
- Original packaging

REFUND PROCESS
- Approved returns will be refunded within 7-10 business days
- Refund will be processed to the original payment method
- Shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the error was ours)
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Products with removed or damaged tags
- Worn or altered products
- Products damaged due to misuse
- Custom-made or personalized items
EXCHANGE POLICY
We offer exchanges for size/color (subject to availability) if:
- Product is unworn with tags attached
- Request is made within 7 days of delivery
- Exchange shipping costs may apply
